Cruising Etiquette
Cruising Etiquette.
A friend recently returned from a fabulous cruise. After witnessing the behavior of a few of the passengers, she suggested there is a need to restore some civility to the art of travel. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:
1. Have a positive attitude and don’t expect everything to be perfect.
2. Know your limits, especially when it comes to alcohol.
3. Don’t flash the cash, or anything else for that matter.
4. Be culturally aware.
5. Don’t be a whiner. If something goes wrong there is no need to drag everyone you meet into your misery.
6. Dress appropriately.
7. Be a respectful audience member. If you’ve just had a few too many and need a snooze, don’t sit in the front row.
8. Remember to be generous when it comes to tipping.
